Helipad Online Notepad

Today I couldn't find a note I took on some of my paper notepads, so I thought how great it would be to have a web-based searchable taggable repository of notes.
So I went online and found out about Helipad, an online notepad service launched just 2 weeks ago by Helicoid, a two-person web company developing online applications.
It's very easy and fast to use. It has an open XML and JavaScript API for third-party developers to build extensions and plug-in. I am particularly interested in the Mac application that is coming out to write notes offline and sync them later with the online service.
